It’s about movement, discovery, and the kind of adventures that will leave your little explorer (s) happily exhausted by the last fading rays of the sun. And that’s the reason why their wardrobe should work just as hard as they do. 

Travel style for children consists of picture-perfect holiday outfits that are comfortable, practical, and functional to the point that they are free to run around across the sand, climb up mountains or even trek through the thick forests. 

Think Light As A Feather

Sri Lanka’s tropical climate calls for breathable fabrics like cotton, linen, bamboo blends, and soft jersey knits that allow children to stay cool despite running around all day. After all, you wouldn’t want them to collapse while you’re wandering around the colourful local markets. 

Pick loose-fitting T-shirts, easy pull-on shorts, airy dresses, and comfy coords so that their dresscode feels refreshing, simple yet stylish, giving kids the complete freedom to play as much as they want.

Pack littleweight cotton hoodies or soft cardigans for your little ones. We also recommend long trousers and soft socks for nights that may be a little cold for their sensitive bodies.

Just because the day might be over, doesn’t mean that the night is. Bedtime deserves a little attention. At times, you children may have a hard time falling asleep due to their new surroundings. 

We recommend taking along their familiar pyjamas or extra-cosy new ones that promise to keep them safe in every setting. Read them a bedside story while you lounge around as a family after an exhausting day of sightseeing.
